Our Dispute Resolution department deal with all forms of commercial disputes ranging from High Court and County Court proceedings through to alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.

We also recognise the various demands that litigation often places on the client, and are therefore careful to formulate solutions that are not only effective but which are also practical in terms of cost, time and demands on the client’s resources.
