Our Thames Valley based Dispute Resolution team deals with all forms of litigation ranging from High Court and County Court proceedings through to alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.

Disputed lease renewals, possession claims, claims arising from break notices, dilapidations claims and other issues relating to breach of landlord or tenant obligations.

Disputes between shareholders, partners and co-directors as well Director disqualification proceedings.
