Nick is one of the firm's joint managing partner's and has over 20 years experience as a solicitor. He leads the firm’s commercial contracts work and heads up the Charity and Third Sector service.
Nick advises on all types of commercial contracts, intellectual property, e-commerce, outsourcing, partnerships, LLPs and joint ventures and regularly speaks at seminars on these topics. He is also a specialist in the law as it relates to charities and other third sector organisations.
Nick sits on the Law Society Financial and Investment Business Working Party and is a member of the Society for Computers and Law and the Institute of Directors.
