Andrew Don in a consultant solicitor and former partner in our leading Family law team.

He specialises in complex and high value divorce cases, disputes involving arrangements for children and pre-nuptial agreements.

His preferred option is to negotiate a solution, but he is an experienced and tough litigator and will take a case to a final hearing if necessary.

Andrew sits as a Deputy District Judge in the Central Family Court in the Financial Remedies Unit (FRU) and also deals with children (private) cases.

He is an arbitrator and member of the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and also conducts private financial dispute resolution hearings. In addition, he is a mediator.

For many years Andrew has been consistently top-ranked in the UK's leading guides to law firms, the Legal 500 and Chambers UK.
