Daniel McGurk is a solicitor in our leading Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team, specialising in trust and estate administration, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

Daniel is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, an independent, national organisation of lawyers (solicitors, barristers and legal executives) who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers, and an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Daniel joined Blandy & Blandy in 2020, from a well-established firm in Oxford.

Daniel studied Law at De Montfort University and completed the LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham.
