Frances Kyle is a senior associate solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team.
She specialises in advising on disputes relating to trusts, probate and inheritance matters, including disputed Wills, claims to remove executors or trustees, breach of trust cases, Inheritance Act claims and contentious Court of Protection matters.
Frances joined Blandy & Blandy in 2020 from an established firm in Wokingham and has 14 years’ experience, having trained at a national firm. She became a senior associate solicitor in 2022.
Frances has been recommended in The Legal 500 and is an associate member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). She is also a trained Dementia Friend, an Alzheimer's Society initiative.
