Laura Binnie is an associate solicitor in our Employment Law team.

She advises both individual employees and employers on a wide range of Employment Law matters, with an emphasis on contentious cases.

Laura has a great deal of experience of handling tribunal claims, ranging from unfair dismissal to lengthy discrimination cases, including conducting advocacy at hearings.

She trained with (what is now) Bond Dickinson in Bristol before joining Blandy & Blandy in 2007. Laura has been individually recommended in both of the UK's leading guides to law firms, Chambers UK and The Legal 500.

She actively participates in the firm's annual programme of events, including an Employment Law seminar and mock employment tribunal. Laura has also featured as an expert on BBC Radio.
