Laura Evans is a solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team.

Laura primarily advises commercial clients on a wide range of contractual and regulatory matters, including data protection, distribution and agency agreements, supply arrangements for goods and services, terms and conditions of business, service level agreements, e-commerce and IT agreements, and outsourcing procurement. 

She also advises on intellectual property arrangements, dealing with the licencing of trade marks, copyright and other IP.

Laura joined the firm as a legal assistant in 2015 from a law firm in Marlow before completing her training at the firm.
