Rachel Mulvany is a solicitor in our Employment law team.

She advises on a wide variety of employment matters and has experience advising both individuals (employees) and organisations (employers).

Rachel has provided advice to employers on a range of employment issues, including employee contracts and staff handbooks, drafting the terms of a settlement agreement and accompanying correspondence, and advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants. 

She also regularly advises individuals on disciplinary and grievance situations, including in relation to their rights and options going forward. Further, Rachel routinely advises individuals on the terms of settlement agreements. 

Rachel studied English at the University of Exeter and then completed the GDL and LPC at the University of Law in Guildford.

Before joining Blandy & Blandy LLP in 2018, she trained at another leading law firm in the region.
