Victoria Charlesson is an associate solicitor in our nationally ranked Planning & Environmental Law team.
Her experience includes planning appeals and public inquiries, applications for certificates of lawfulness and development, advising on town and village greens, planning enforcement appeals/prosecutions and section 106 agreements. Victoria also has experience of highway law and environmental law including complex Section 278/38 Agreements, Compulsory Purchase Order and Environment Agency prosecutions including waste prosecutions.
Victoria works alongside partner and team head Karen Jones on a variety of strategic planning projects, spanning the Thames Valley and beyond, offering commercially pragmatic solutions to technically complex legal problems.
Planning magazine’s 2020 Planning Law Survey ranked Blandy & Blandy among the UK's top 15 planning law firms, while the firm is also highly ranked in the UK's leading guides to law firms, Chambers UK and The Legal 500. Victoria is also individually recommended in both guides for her expertise in Planning and Envrionmental Law.
She attends and speaks at a wide range of planning and sector focused events in London and across the Thames Valley and is a regular speaker at the firm's biannual Property & Planning seminars.
