Frances Kyle Becomes An Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trusts & Probate Specialists

Senior Solicitor Frances Kyle, a member of Blandy & Blandy’s growing Dispute Resolution team, has been granted associate membership of the Association of Contentious Trusts & Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).

ACTAPS was established in 1997, as a membership body for lawyers specialising in contentious trust and probate work.

Associate membership recognises a solicitor’s expertise and experience in this area of law.

Frances joined Blandy & Blandy in 2020 and is recognised in The Legal 500. She specialises in advising on disputes relating to trusts, probate and inheritance matters, including disputed wills, claims to remove executors or trustees, breach of trust cases and Inheritance Act claims.

Partner and team head Philip D’Arcy is a member of ACTAPS.
