Seminar - 'Commercial Leases - Protecting Your Interests and Avoiding the Pitfalls'

Please join our leading Planning & Environmental and Commercial Property teams, alongside commercial property agents Vail Williams, for our seminar this spring.

'Commercial Leases -Protecting Your Interests and Avoiding the Pitfalls'

Thursday 23 April, 5.00pm, Reading Borough Council Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading RG1 2LU

We will examine the opportunities, challenges and risks facing property investors, owners and occupiers and managing agents in respect of commercial lease transactions. Networking to follow with drinks and canapés.

It follows 2019’s popular seminar series which focused on development land projects and a recent “Reading 2020 and Beyond” event, which welcomed guest speaker Giorgio Framalicco, Deputy Director of Planning, Transport & Regulatory Services at Reading Borough Council.

Blandy & Blandy LLP has twice been named as a finalist for 'Property Law Firm of the Year' at the Thames Valley Property Awards, winning in 2017, and is highly recommended in both Chambers UK and The Legal 500. Planning magazine also ranks the firm among the top 25 planning law firms in the UK.

If you would like to join us at this event, please register now.
