How do we charge?

The above estimate is based on a remortgage on a freehold property up to the value of £500,000. Please contact us if for a precise cost estimate. The above quote can vary and should you wish to remortgage a leasehold property, our costs may may be significantly higher than the above.
These are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. Disbursements may be payable on a remortgage, for example:

How long will my remortgage take?
The average timescale for remortgages is approximately 4 – 6 weeks. We must stress that this is an average and it is dependent upon a number of factors such as the length of time it may take to obtain title deeds from any existing lenders, the processing of new mortgage applications and the issue of offers etc.
