Global reach

An international network of law firms in over 50 countries.

Blandy & Blandy LLP Solicitors in Reading and Henley-on-Thames

In an increasingly global marketplace, we find that our clients often operate outside the UK. Responding to this demand, we are members of the international Law Firm Network

Founded over 20 years ago, the LFN is an extended global network of independent law firms in over 50 countries. This includes firms based in key European cities such as Paris, Dublin, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Madrid, Milan and Zurich and in regions including north and south America, Russia and Asia-Pacific.

Our relationships with the other law firms in the Network means that we can refer clients to, and work with on their behalf, like-minded lawyers overseas. We also welcome the opportunity to work with overseas-based clients (both private individuals and businesses) looking to do business or invest in the UK. Read our free legal guide for overseas companies (PDF)In addition, we provide a full range of notarial and legalisation services to private individuals and businesses.

With offices in Reading, Henley-on-Thames and London, we are ideally placed at the heart of the Thames Valley. Recent research by PwC found Reading to be the UK’s most successful economic city, while EY cited Reading as the fastest growing area in the country. Just 25 minutes from central London by train, Reading also benefits from direct links to several major international airports.

The LFN is ranked as a leading international network in Chambers Global Guide, with members attending a a series of annual conferences worldwide. In September 2016 Blandy & Blandy LLP hosted the Law Firm Network's EMEA Conference here in Reading, flying the flag for the Thames Valley and wider UK against the backdrop of political uncertainty. With a focus on ‘Doing business with the UK post Brexit’, we welcomed senior level speakers from leading organisations including United Overseas Bank, KPMG, Cushman & Wakefield and the University of Reading.
