- Family Solicitor’s Specialist Expertise Acknowledged
Senior solicitor Paul Linsell, a member of the firm's leading Family law team, has had his expertise in two specialist areas recognised by industry body Resolution.
Paul has been accredited in the areas of ‘complex financial remedies’ and ‘cohabitation and TOLATA’, recognising him as an expert in advising on complex financial matters (primarily on divorce) and dealing with the financial issues that arise for unmarried couples.
Founded in 1982, Resolution is a national body in the area of family law with nearly 7,000 members. The accreditation scheme was established in 1999 and is designed to help provide a benchmark when deciding which solicitor to instruct on certain matters. Accredited solicitors are described by Resolution as “proven experts” and “members who have chosen to test their skills and expertise through a rigorous assessment of their knowledge, abilities and way that they work”.
Paul is currently one of just two solicitors in Berkshire to hold the complex financial remedies accreditation and one of only three who hold the cohabitation and TOLATA accreditation.
Partner Claire Dyer said: "We are extremely pleased that Paul’s expertise has been recognised in this way. It is a real testament to his commitment and to our value of excellence."
Acknowledged as one of the leading firms of solicitors advising on family law in the south of England, Blandy & Blandy LLP is ranked as a top tier firm in the UK's leading independent legal directories, The Legal 500 and Chambers UK Guide.
