Firm Practices What it Preaches

Blandy & Blandy solicitors Reading and Henley

Blandy & Blandy’s 2015 client satisfaction survey has shown that the firm’s approach, commitment to quality and values are recognised and appreciated by our clients.

We received an impressive 100% satisfaction rating from clients, with our quality of service described as “exemplary”, “highly professional”, “supportive and understanding” and “above and beyond expectations”.

99% of clients rated our ‘approachability’ as good or excellent, pertinent given that this aspect is joined by ‘integrity’ and ‘excellence’ among Blandy & Blandy’s three core values.

99% of clients described the way in which they were kept up-to-date as good or excellent, while 100% rated the extent to which they felt able to make informed decisions as good or excellent.

98% described Blandy & Blandy's offices as good or excellent and also said that our staff were polite and helpful.

Joint Managing Partner, Philip D’Arcy, commented: “We are very proud of how our clients perceive us and the consistently strong feedback we receive from them. This is borne out by the responses to our feedback surveys but also by anecdotal evidence.

Everyone in the firm makes a significant contribution to our success and to upholding our values of excellence, integrity and, above all, approachability.”

For nearly 300 years Blandy & Blandy has advised generations of clients on all aspects of their personal, family and business lives. From residential conveyancing to wills and probate, employment services to family law.
