Residential Property Team Shortlisted for Three Awards

ESTAS

Blandy & Blandy LLP's Residential Property team has been shortlisted for three awards at the 2017 ESTAS Awards, the largest and longest running award scheme for the residential property industry.

Alongside being nominated for a team award, Emily Farrow and Lesley Quinn have also been named as finalists for individual awards.

65 clients nominated the firm for an award, with the team achieving an impressive overall rating of 98.09%.

This year's awards are set to take place at London's Grosvenor Hotel in October, hosted by TV personality and property expert Phil Spencer.

Feedback from clients, provided as part of the voting process, included: “Very friendly, efficient and professional. The easiest house sale I’ve ever had”, “Efficient, easy to talk to and overall exceptional”, “Absolutely outstanding. Worth their weight in gold”, “First class service, I would definitely use the firm again and recommend it to friends and family”, “Always on the ball and going above and beyond” and “As near painless as selling a property can be!”

In the past year the team, which operates across the firm’s Reading, Henley-on-Thames and London offices, has conveyed properties with a total value of £225 million – approaching a quarter of a billion pounds. The team continues to grow and has welcomed two new faces in 2017 – senior solicitor Stephen Bucknill, based in the firm’s Henley-on-Thames office, and conveyancer Karen Pratt, based in Reading.

Team head and associate solicitor Manisha Bhula commented: “Thank you to all of our clients who took the time to nominate our team for an award. We are delighted that the service we provide and our commitment to excellent client care is recognised and valued so widely.”
