Praise for Firm’s Service and Client Care in Annual Survey

Blandy & Blandy LLP’s clients continue to rate the firm’s levels of service and client care very highly according to the results of its recently published annual feedback survey.

378 clients took part in the survey for the year ending 1 August 2017, with 98% of clients rating Blandy & Blandy’s overall service as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.

Importantly, 99% of clients said that they felt the firm was approachable (one of Blandy & Blandy’s stated values, alongside ‘excellence’ and 'integrity’), while 99% considered their matters to have been dealt with in a timely manner.

Clients described Blandy & Blandy’s staff as “friendly”, “clear, “understanding”, “helpful” and “diligent” and praised the firm for providing a “highly professional”, “responsive”, “impressive” and “outstanding” service. 

Chairman Brenda Long commented: “Thank you to all of our clients who took the time to provide this much valued feedback. We are proud of the excellent level of client care we provide but are firmly committed to continuing to improve year on year.”
