Claire Dyer is a partner in our Family law team, which spans our our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and London offices.

Claire is experienced in all aspects of divorce and separation, financial remedy and disputes in relation to children. She advises both married and unmarried individuals, at all stages of their relationship. She has worked on complex cases involving trusts, international elements, third party interveners and appeals. In addition, Claire is experienced with emergency applications and injunction work.

Claire also practices as a collaborative lawyer and mediator, having completed her training with Resolution (read 'Why choose a Resolution member?'), a body which aims to resolve family law matters through a constructive approach. She is recommended in both Chambers UK Guide and The Legal 500, with clients describing her as "excellent", "understanding" and "responsive".

After completing her legal training in London, Claire joined Blandy & Blandy LLP in 2006 upon qualification. She initially worked as a solicitor alongside partner Andrew Don, before moving into an independent role. She became an associate solicitor in 2011 and a partner in 2015.
