  • Advised in connection with the MBO of Genius Digital Limited, an expert in audience analytics for TV
  • Advised on the MBO of leading waste management and recycling operator M Collard Waste Management Limited
  • Advised  founder shareholders on the sale of Machina Limited, world leading advisor on IOT (Internet of Things), M2M to information technology research and advisory company Gartner
  • Advised  founder of leading hotel sourcing provider to the airline industry on the sale of the company to New York based full service travel management group API International
  • Advised Lloyds Bank in connection with the financing of two acquisitions of Woodbury Park Hotel and Golf Club based in Suffolk and Witney Lakes Resort/Spa and Golf Club based in Oxfordshire.
  • Advised on the sale of leading independent opticians to Guernsey based optician group    
  • Advised the shareholders of Stontronics Limited on the £6.5m sale of the company to AIM-listed Company Stadium Group Plc. Stontronics is a leading global supplier of power supplies and other specialist power products.
  • Acted for Higgs & Co (Holdings) Limited on the restructuring and subsequent acquisition of Higgs & Co (Printers) Limited (trading as Higgs Group). Higgs has been the leading printing and publishing company in Henley on Thames for over 100 years.
  • Acted for the shareholders on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Paddocks Farm Partnership Limited to Paddocks Farm Partnership Holdings Limited. Paddocks Farm is the only company in the world that exclusively focuses on producing natural intestinal hygiene products for animals
  • Advised the shareholders of a supplier of engine components to various Formula 1 motor racing teams on the sale of the company.
  • Acted for the majority shareholder in the sale of his interest in Winkworth Mixers Limited, which is the holding company of Winkworth Machinery Limited, being a company which has been designing and manufacturing world class industrial mixers since 1924.
  • Acted for Ambic Equipment Limited on a series of refinancings and group restructurings of its New Zealand listed parent company Skellerup Holdings Limited and its global group of companies.
  • Acted for Launch Diagnostics Holdings Limited on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Launch Diagnostics Limited. Launch is a leading supplier of diagnostic reagents and equipment to the health services of the United Kingdom and various other European countries.
  • Acted for the shareholders on the sale of the entire issued share capital of FE Mobile Limited to Temenos UK Limited. FE Mobile is a developer of mobile banking, payments and security software solutions, and Swiss listed company Temenos Group AG is a global provider of integrated core banking software systems in various market sectors.

David Few is a partner and head of our Corporate team, which spans our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and London offices. 

David is consistently highly rated in both The Legal 500 and Chambers UK Guide, with clients describing him as "highly knowledgeable" and "extremely experienced and professional". 

He has over 30 years' experience in corporate work and has undertaken a significant number of transactions and reorganisations for both domestic and major international clients. David has a particular interest and expertise in owner managed businesses. 

In addition, David is a recognised specialist in non contentious insolvency and reorganisations and also holds a diploma from the Association of Certified Accountants. David is also one of only a handful of corporate lawyers who is also a Notary public.
