Jack Bailey is a solicitor in our Probate, Tax & Trusts team, which spans our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and London offices.
He specialises in Court of Protection matters and mental capacity law, including contentious and non-contentious applications to the Court of Protection. He also specialises in Lasting Powers of Attorney and providing advice to lay attorneys and deputies on their duties and obligations. In addition, Jack can provide advice and guidance on issues related to care fees.
He regularly speaks at and attends a wide range of related events across the Thames Valley.
Outside of work Jack enjoys playing cricket and is a keen rugby fan.
