Jannicke Brar is a solicitor in our Commercial Property team, which spans our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and London offices.

Her experience includes dealing with acquisitions (both for investment and development purposes) and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, negotiating and drafting commercial leases and other aspects of landlord and tenant work, including advising and assisting charities, parish councils and ecclesiastical bodies in relation to property matters. Jannicke specialises in complex first registrations, including applications for adverse possession and title rectification matters. She also assists partner Katja Wigham on a variety of matters.
