Lorna is originally from Brighton but graduated from the University of St Andrews in 1988 before pursuing a career in the financial services sector. She gained a first class honours degree in Law from the Open University in 2005, completed her training contract with Shoosmiths in Northampton and qualified as a solicitor in 2010. Lorna joined Blandy & Blandy LLP in September 2015 from a regional firm in Buckinghamshire.
She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a member of the Law Society Private Client Section, passed the Association of Taxation Technicians examination in Estates, Trusts and Inheritance Tax with distinction in 2014 and gained the STEP Advanced Certificate in Trusts Disputes with distinction in 2016.
