Louisa Baker is a senior solicitor in our Commercial Property team, which spans our ReadingHenley-on-Thames and London offices. 

Louisa has experience acting for a variety of clients, including private property companies, Oxford colleges, private landowners, developers and retailers, in relation to commercial premises. Her work includes acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending and development work

Louisa trained in the City and continued to practice there upon qualification. She joined Blandy & Blandy LLP in 2016 from a regional firm in Oxford.

Outside of work Louisa enjoys reading, playing the violin, going to the theatre and swimming.
