Patrick Brennan is a senior solicitor in our Probate, Tax & Trusts team, which spans our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and London offices.

He specialising in all aspects of private client law, including wills and tax planning, probate and estate administration, and of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Patrick regularly deals with administration of estates, both where the firm is acting as executor and on behalf of relatives, and with drafting wills designed to assist with tax planning and asset sheltering. Patrick also assists senior members of the department in areas such as trust administration and assisting vulnerable people with their day-to-day affairs for whom the firm acts as independent deputies.

Patrick is a member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society and an associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

Outside of work, Patrick is a keen musician, playing violin in various orchestras and his own string quartet formed whilst at university.
