Our notarial services include:
- Witnessing signatures of deeds and documents for use outside the UK
- Authenticating documents and facts
- Certifying copies of public and private documents
- Taking affidavits, declarations and depositions for use outside the UK
- Powers of Attorney
- Documents in connection with foreign adoption and surrogacy
- Documents relating to foreign property
- Marriages abroad
- Verifying translations
- Documents in connection with evidence of identity.
Please see our frequently asked questions page before making an appointment and further information on our services.
We can also handle legalisation requirements, whether at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office or any other relevant embassy/consulate. These can be dealt with quickly using our London agent’s expedited service in cases of urgency.
