Aoife McGrath is a solicitor in our specialist Employment Law team and primarily advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.

She advises employees and employers on a wide variety of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance situations, redundancy and settlement agreements. Aoife also assists members of our team in preparing for Employment Tribunal hearings, including claims relating to race and age discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal.

Aoife joined Blandy & Blandy in 2022, having trained at a firm in Oxford.

She completed the LPC at the University of Law, having gained an LLM from the University of Kent and an LLB from the University of Galway.
