Location: Reading, Henley-on-Thames & Wokingham

Claire Dyson is our legal risk & compliance manager and works with the firm’s compliance officers to manage and implement the firm’s risk and compliance programme.

Through delivering training, streamlining processes and embedding policies, Claire enjoys helping team members navigate the complexities of compliance. With a proactive approach, Claire ensures both regulatory obligations and client engagement risks are identified and addressed efficiently and effectively.

Working closely with the Risk & Compliance Committee and key stakeholders across all departments, Claire fosters a compliance culture that is supportive and accessible, breaking away from the traditional perception of compliance being a rigid and cumbersome requirement and ensuring that the firm’s risk management remains agile and responsive to the ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

Claire joined Blandy & Blandy in 2024 from an established regional firm in Hampshire. She is an Associate Member of the International Compliance Association and has worked in law firms for over 20 years.
