Denise Stradling is a highly experienced partner in our Residential Property team and advises clients from our Henley-on-Thames office, as well as remotely.
Denise advises clients on all aspects of residential property and conveyancing, including in relation to the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold residential properties; including new build properties and probate sales; remortgages, and transfers of equity.
With over 15 years’ experience in residential property, Denise joined Blandy & Blandy in 2025, having worked at several well-established firms in Henley-on-Thames and Reading.
Blandy & Blandy is accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). Our Residential Property team received an award for conveyancing excellence at the 2017 ESTAS Awards.
