Ella Halsall is a solicitor in our specialist Employment Law team and primarily advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.
She advises employees and employers on a wide variety of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance situations, redundancy and settlement agreements.
Ella also advises employees and employers and assists members of the team on Employment Tribunal proceedings, including claims relating to race, disability and age discrimination, wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal and represents her clients at preliminary hearings where suitable.
Ella joined the team upon qualification in 2026, having completed her training contract at our firm. She completed the LPC and an MSc in Law at the University of Law and an LLB (Hons) at the University of Southampton.
