Graham Benwell is a consultant solicitor and former partner in our leading Probate, Tax & Trusts team.

Graham has over 30 years’ experience as a private client solicitor and has particular expertise in the field of tax and estate planninginvolving wills andtrusts.

He acts for many high net worth individuals and their families, with many clients referred directly by accountants, investment managers, IFAs and other firms of solicitors.

Graham previously headed the private client department at Nabarro in London and is a founder member of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners). He is also consistently highly recommended in the UK's leading guides to law firms, Chambers HNW and The Legal 500.
