She advises commercial clients on a wide range of contractual and regulatory matters, including data protection, supply arrangements for goods and services, terms and conditions of business and service level agreements. She also advises on intellectual property arrangements, dealing with the licencing of trade marks, copyright and other IP.
Jennifer advises charities regarding incorporation of charitable trusts and unincorporated associations to charitable incorporated organisations (CIOs), community interest companies (CICs) or companies limited by guarantee to provide protection for trustees and to update and modernise their constitutions.
She joined Blandy & Blandy permanently in 2020, having completed her training at the firm.
