Louise Low is an associate in our Dispute Resolution team and advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.

Louise specialises in advising on the full range of disputed Wills, probate and trusts claims, including challenges to the validity of Wills; claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975; proprietary estoppel claims; applications for the construction and rectification of Wills and trusts; and applications to remove and replace executors and trustees.  

Louise joined Blandy & Blandy in 2020, having completed the LPC and an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Reading. She previously studied Law at the University of Portsmouth.

Louise joined the firm permanently in 2022, following the completion of her training contract, and became an associate solicitor in 2025.

Examples of recent work:

  • Regularly advising in relation to Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) 1975 Act claims. Louise most recently achieved settlement outside of ongoing Court proceedings.
  • Regularly advising in relation Will disputes. Including claims of invalidity, undue influence, capacity, interpretation/rectification.
  • Regularly advising in relation to disputes over the administration of estates and trusts.
  • Regularly advising in relation to contractual disputes including debt recovery.
  • Assistant Solicitor on multiple Judicial Review matters.
  • Regularly advising in relation to possession of both residential and commercial property.
