Luke is a partner in our award-winning Residential Property & Conveyancing team and primarily advises clients from our Henley-on-Thames office, as well as our Reading and Wokingham offices and remotely.

Luke advises clients in relation to residential property and conveyancing matters, and is also experienced in advising on commercial property.

Luke joined Blandy & Blandy in 2016, following its acquisition of the business of Henley-on-Thames based firm Collins Dryland and Thorowgood and he has over 20 years' experience of working in the town. Luke has appeared on BBC radio as a Property Law expert.

He is a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group, the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association (CRELA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Blandy & Blandy is accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). Our Residential Property team received an award for conveyancing excellence at the 2017 ESTAS Awards. In 2015 our team was also named as a finalist for 'Conveyancing Team of the Year' at the Property Forum Awards.
