Manisha Bhula is a partner and head of our award-winning Residential Property & Conveyancing team and advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.

She has nearly 25 years’ experience in all aspects of residential property and conveyancing and acts for clients including individuals, investors, developers, housing associations and financial institutions.

Blandy & Blandy is accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). Our Residential Property team received an award for conveyancing excellence at the 2017 ESTAS Awards. In 2015 our team was also named as a finalist for 'Conveyancing Team of the Year' at the Property Forum Awards.

Manisha joined Blandy & Blandy in 2015 from a regional firm and became a partner in 2021.
