Olivia Butcher is a solicitor in our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team and advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.

She deals with the preparation of Wills, estate and Inheritance Tax planning, probate and estate administration and drafting lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).

Olivia joined the team upon qualification in 2026, having completed her training contract at our firm.

She completed the LPC and an LLM at the University of Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in History at the University of Roehampton and an LLB (Hons) at Cardiff University. Prior to joining Blandy & Blandy in 2024, she worked as a paralegal in the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for nearly four years.
