Rosalind Andrews is a consultant to Blandy & Blandy, working within our award-winning Commercial Property & Planning team to provide specialist legal advice on a wide range of Planning Law matters.

She is a highly experienced Planning Law solicitor, with over 15 years’ experience, and advises clients on the full range of Planning Law matters. This includes acting for landowners, developers, lenders, institutional investors, a wide range of businesses and private individuals.

Rosalind previously worked at Blandy & Blandy and subsequently spent ten years as Head of Planning at a national firm. She joined Planet Law Consultancy Limited in 2024.

  • Section 106 Agreement - negotiation for large urban extensions, encompassing the delivery of Affordable Housing, public open space, a new school, commercial and retail centre and community centre, and payment of financial contributions.
  • Strategic advice in relation to proposed Local Plan allocations.
  • Appeals against Enforcement Notices in relation to unauthorised construction and change of use.
  • Successful challenge to Community Infrastructure Levy Liability Notice, saving a client over £600,000.
  • Legal Challenges to the grant of planning permission, adoption of Local Plan, and making of Definitive Map Modification Orders.
  • Highways advice including relating to public rights of way.
