Victoria Eustace is a senior associate in our Employment Law team and advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely.

She acts for employees and employers, advising on a wide variety of Employment Law matters, including disciplinary and grievance situations, redundancy and settlement agreements.

Victoria also assists members of our team in preparing for Employment Tribunal hearings, including claims relating to race and age discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal.

She joined Blandy & Blandy in 2025, having previously worked at a national law firm.
