Blandy & Blandy has advised Reading-based VJ Tech Limited on its recent sale to the UK subsidiary of US company Nova Measurements LLC.
For over 30 years, VJ Tech Limited has been successfully manufacturing and supplying high-quality, advanced, and innovative testing equipment for the geotechnical and construction industries. Their equipment is used in research testing for universities, to multinational construction companies, providing civil engineering testing solutions for a diverse range of requirements.
