Blandy & Blandy is set to welcome lawyer Tasha Bevan-Stewart as a partner in the firm’s leading Family Law team on 1 October.
She joins from a fellow top tier (Chambers and The Legal 500) law firm, in Surrey, and will eventually spend the majority of her time based in Blandy & Blandy’s growing Henley-on-Thames office.
Tasha has over 14 years’ experience, including 3 as a partner, in advising clients on all areas of Family Law, with a particular specialism in assisting clients through collaborative law. She is a trained mediator and co-chairs (professional membership body) Resolution’s Collaborative Working Party. She regularly speaks, writes and trains on collaborative practice, and will be presenting at Resolution’s upcoming annual conference on Dispute Resolution.
