Government's 'Review of Changes to the Offpayroll Working Rules' Published

Partner Sue Dowling, head of our Employment Law team, highlights the government's newly published report, a 'Review of Changes to the Offpayroll Working Rules'.

In January this year, the government announced plans to review how the April 2020 reform would be implemented, following concerns raised by affected employers and employees.

In the newly published report, a 'Review of Changes to the Offpayroll Working Rules', the government has confirmed that the reform will go ahead on 6 April 2020, but with a number of changes being made in response to the issues raised.
