Blandy & Blandy's Corporate team, led by partner David Few, has successfully advised on the sale of Stontronics Limited, a UK-based manufacturer and distributor, to Stadium Group PLC in a deal worth £6.5million.
The team was supported by Commercial Property partner John Dingle.
The deal involved a pre-sale re-organisation involving the sale by Stontronics of its luxury garden furniture business to Branston Enterprises Limited, which will continue to operate from its premises in Reading.
Based in Reading since 1988, Stontronics is a leading global provider of power supply units, transformers, convertors and adaptors.
