Blandy & Blandy LLP Unveils Investment in Henley-on-Thames

Blandy & Blandy LLP has announced that the firm’s offices in Henley will be relocating to Thameside, as part of a long-term commitment to the town.

Blandy & Blandy will move from its current offices on Hart Street, the firm’s home since it acquired Collins Dryland & Thorowgood in 2016, this summer.

Describing Henley as a “natural home” and an “excellent fit” for Blandy & Blandy, Chairman Brenda Long explained: “As we continue to grow, we are delighted to be investing significantly in Henley.

Our new offices on Thameside will offer an attractive and welcoming location and allow us to provide an enhanced experience to all of our clients.”

She continued: “12 staff will be based in our Henley offices full-time, while many others from the firm’s 100 strong staff will routinely spend time there dependent on our clients’ needs. This gives us one of the largest footprints and pools of expertise of any firm of solicitors based in and around the town.”

Blandy & Blandy provides specialist advice to individuals and families on areas such as  wills, probate, tax & trusts, family law, residential property and conveyancing, planning law, employment law and disputes, while providing a full range of services to commercial clients including owner-managed businesses and SMEs, landowners and developers and charities and educational institutions.

Blandy & Blandy is the only law firm based in the town to be ranked as a top tier firm in both of the UK’s leading guides to law firms, The Legal 500 and Chambers UK.

The firm was recently named ‘Best Law Firm – London & South East’ at the UK Probate Research Awards 2019 and as a finalist for ‘Family Law Firm of the Year – South’ at the 2018 Family Law Awards. Other successes have come at the Thames Valley Property Awards, the ESTAS Awards (for conveyancing), the Women in Business Awards, the Deals Awards and in Planning Magazine’s rankings of the leading firms in the UK.
