Blandy & Blandy's annual charity quiz night has raised over £5,000 for the firm’s adopted charities, Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service and Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
The event welcomed 25 leading banks and professional services firms based in the Thames Valley and the winning team were Reading-based BlueSKY Chartered Financial Planners.
The event also featured a very popular raffle, with prizes very kindly donated by local businesses including Nirvana Spa, The Relais Henley, Stanlake Park, The Roseate, Reading, Chiltern Valley Winery and Brewery, Vino.Vita. Italian Wine Bar, Malmaison, Siren Craft Brew, The Cosy Club, Henry Street Garden Centre, Burghfield Spices, 7 Flowers & Tea and Sonning Flowers.
Blandy & Blandy’s chair and partner Claire Dyer said: “With the generous support of many of our professional contacts, we are delighted to have raised a fantastic amount for Alexander Devine and Thames Valley Air Ambulance. I recently had the privilege of visiting both charities, to learn more about the incredible services they provide to people in and around our community. We look forward to continuing to fundraise for and support them over the next two years.”

This recent quiz night is just one example of Blandy & Blandy’s ongoing support. Teams had a fantastic time competing for some great prizes, but we felt like the biggest winners on the night, knowing we have our community behind us.”
