Blandy & Blandy has been re-accredited with the Lexcel quality mark following a rigorous annual assessment process.
The Lexcel scheme, operated by The Law Society, recognises firms which achieve excellence in legal practice management and client care. Blandy & Blandy has held Lexcel accreditation since 2003 and is among only around 20% of law firms in England and Wales to have achieved this ‘gold standard’.
In what was described as “a high level” of compliance with the Lexcel standard, Blandy & Blandy achieved an impressive 20 areas of good practice, recognising those areas where the firm has gone above and beyond the high standards set by Lexcel.
The firm was singled out for its strengths in areas including managerial and supervisory proficiency, client care, risk and compliance management, marketing and business development, and support for local charities and the community.
Chair and partner, Claire Dyer, said: “We are very pleased to continue to be accredited by the Law Society’s Lexcel scheme. Having done so for more than 20 years is a fantastic achievement in itself and this year’s successful inspection is a further testament to our colleagues’ ongoing commitment to delivering excellent client care and maintaining these high standards. Thank you and well done to everyone in our firm.”
