Blandy & Blandy's Service Standards Praised in Lexcel Re-Accreditation

Blandy & Blandy is delighted to have been re-accredited with the Lexcel quality mark following a rigorous annual assessment process.

The Lexcel scheme, operated by the Law Society, recognises firms which achieve excellence in legal practice management and client care.

In what was described as a “remarkable” and “highly impressive” review, Blandy & Blandy achieved full compliance with the standard and an excellent 71 areas of good practice, recognising those areas where the firm has gone above and beyond the high standards set by Lexcel. Blandy & Blandy was also cited as a “shining example” and a “super firm.”

The firm was singled out for its strengths in areas including leadership, colleagues’ longevity in working for Blandy & Blandy, teamwork, staff wellbeing and personal and professional development, the quality of services provided and “very high levels” of client satisfaction.

Blandy & Blandy has been accredited by Lexcel since 2003 and is among only 10% of solicitors firms in England and Wales to have achieved this standard.

Chairman Nick Burrows said: “Congratulations, well done and thank you to all colleagues. Given the many challenges of the past year, being re-accredited and having 71 areas of good practice identified is a fantastic achievement and one that recognises our success in adapting to our clients’ evolving needs.

We have successfully introduced a hybrid approach to home and office working. We are experienced in working with our clients remotely and adept at dealing with matters in this way, meaning that our clients can expect the same expert legal advice and excellent client care on which our reputation is based, however they decide to work with us.”
