Blandy & Blandy welcomed guests to a popular recent seminar focused on development land, featuring guest speakers from Haslams Chartered Surveyors and planning consultants, Pegasus Group.
Partners Katja Wigham, Jane Gunnell, in the firm's Commercial Property team, and Karen Jones, in the Planning & Environmental Law team, were joined by Steven Smith, senior partner at Haslams Chartered Surveyors, and Nick Kirby, a director based at Pegasus Group’s Bracknell office.
Held at Reading Borough Council’s offices, ‘The Anatomy of a Development Land Deal – Part 2’ followed spring’s "sell-out" part one event involving the same three firms.
Topics included the Judicial Review process, amendments to planning permission, viability and the extensive deal documentation involved.
The event welcomed guests representing landowners, property developers, local authorities, educational institutions and professional services firms.
