On 11 October David featured, outlining the Judicial Review process, following a suggestion that Windsor and Maidenhead Borough Council may look to trigger a Review if Heathrow Airport was granted permission to expand. He appeared again on 15 November to talk about the rights of landowners.
On 26 October Simon appeared discussing the Judicial Review process in further detail following the government’s subsequent decision this week to approve Heathrow’s expansion plans.
