Blandy & Blandy has welcomed guests to a popular seminar, focused on ‘The Anatomy of a Development Land Deal’, hosted at Reading Borough Council’s offices.
Alongside Karen Jones, a partner and head of the firm’s nationally-recognised Planning & Environmental Law team, and Katja Wigham, a partner in its award-winning Commercial Property team, were guest speakers Andy Meader of Pegasus Group and Steven Smith of Haslams Chartered Surveyors.
Attendees included landowners, developers, land agents, surveyors, architects, planning consultants, financiers and representatives from local authorities.
All respondents said that they would recommend the event to others, with the seminar described as “excellent!”, “extremely useful”, “very informative” and “enjoyable”.
