Blandy & Blandy’s award-winning Residential Property team, based in Reading and Henley-on-Thames, has experienced record demand for conveyancing services in 2021, driven by the Government’s Stamp Duty ‘holiday’ which ended on 30 September.
The number of completions, for properties sold and purchased, handled by the team increased by 74% during the first nine months of this year in comparison to pre-pandemic levels. The number of completions in 2021 more than doubled versus last year.
