Partner Tasha Bevan-Stewart, in our leading Family Law team, spoke at a national Family Law conference on 20 October.
The Family Practice Conference 2021, organised by Family Law body Resolution, is taking place over four and a half days and will include over 30 sessions and more than 60 expert speakers. Topics will include new approaches in dispute resolution, working with clients and managing business demands in the current climate.
The Conference was opened by a special event, “In conversation with Lady Hale”, on 8 October.
Tasha, who discussed 'Dealing with Tricky Issues in Collaborative Cases’, said: "As family lawyers we offer an increasing range of non-court options to our clients when they face separation or divorce. This Conference brings together professionals to share best practice and innovation in the area of out of court dispute resolution."
